1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
✅ Be returned Within 7 days of receiving the order.
✅ Be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
✅ Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
❌ Sale or clearance items.
❌ Gift cards and promotional items.
❌ Personalized or customized products.
❌ Used, worn, washed, or damaged items.
2. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Initiate a Return

- We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Step 2: Ship the Item Back
- Securely package the item and include the RAN inside the package.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Step 3: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed Within 7 days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
3. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
