Description
HEX BOTS Wall Crawler Spider: Creepy-Crawly Fun That Climbs the Walls
Most remote control toys stay on the ground. This one doesn’t. The HEX BOTS Wall Crawler Spider scurries across floors and scales walls with genuinely spider-like movement, catching friends and family off guard every single time. With glowing LED eyes and a realistic, hairy black body, it’s built to get a reaction — whether that’s a scream, a laugh, or both.
Movement That Actually Fools People
What sets this apart from typical toy robots is the wall-climbing mechanism itself. Rather than simply rolling or walking, the spider grips and scales vertical surfaces using genuine wall-crawler technology, mimicking the unsettling motion of a real spider climbing a wall. It’s this realistic crawl, more than anything else, that makes the toy so effective at startling unsuspecting onlookers.
Full Control, No Guesswork
A full-function remote control puts every movement in the user’s hands, with a generous 25ft (8m) range and the ability to move in all directions. Whether steering it across a kitchen floor or guiding it up a wall, the controls respond intuitively, so even younger users can direct the spider’s creepy antics without a learning curve.
Designed to Unsettle, Built to Impress
Every detail on this toy leans into the creep factor. LED eyes glow in the dark, hair-like tufts add a tactile, realistic touch, and the black plastic body blends an insect-like silhouette with a hint of robotic edge. It’s a toy that looks just as unsettling switched off on a shelf as it does crawling across the floor.
Charge It, Don’t Replace It
The spider itself runs on a rechargeable battery, topped up via the included USB cable — no disposable batteries needed for the main unit. The remote control does require 2 AAA batteries (not included), keeping setup simple while cutting down on battery waste for the toy’s core function.
