  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to returns as per UK Law and 14 days to exchange. to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
